My name is Anne or VegAnne as I like to be called. I changed my eating habits to whole food plant-based in the year 2000. I no longer have ailments I used to think were just a part of getting "older". I continue to enjoy the many health benefits of a plant-based diet and I'm excited to share this knowledge with others.

VegAnne is dedicated to teaching plant-based awareness for the betterment of humans, animals, and the environment.
